Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park (富士箱根伊豆国立公園) is a national park that straddles straddles Yamanashi, Shizuoka, Kanagawa and Tokyo prefecture. It covers a large area and many different locations ranging from natural hot springs to coastlines to mountainous areas and lakes. Due to the large area encompassed by the park Wikivoyage chooses to split the park into various articles, these include
- Mount Fuji, the center point of the park, Mount Fuji is the tallest mountain in Japan and an active stratovolcano, other destinations around Mount Fuji are included in the park like Shiraito Falls in Fujinomiya and the Fuji Five Lakes.
- Hakone, a hotspring resort outside of Tokyo with views of Mount Fuji, some important components of include Lake Ashinoko and Ōwakudani
- Izu Islands, an archipelago of volcanic islands off the coast of Honshu, most islands are included as part of the park
- Izu Peninsula, a peninsula with many hot springs and beaches, the most notable component of the park on the peninsula is the hot spring town of Atami
