User talk:(WT-en) Bonjour Quebec
Hi, I'm working for the website BonjourQuebec.com and I have all the rights to use texts from BonjourQuébec. If there is a problem, email me first before deleting. Thank you!
Hello and welcome to Wikivoyage. Your contributions, while welcome, do not fit our Project:Manual of style. Please see our site guidelines and policies on posting promotional material and Project:Tourist Bureau Expedition. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, (WT-en) Maj 09:43, 28 June 2007 (EDT)
- Hi again. I've had to remove some of your contributions, but I've also tried to edit others to better fit our Project:Tone and Project:Manual of style. We have a strict policy against Project:External links, so we have to remove your links to Bonjour Quebec. Again, please let me know if you have any questions. (WT-en) Maj 09:59, 28 June 2007 (EDT)
- Hello, thank you for contacting me on my talk page. When you contribute content to Wikivoyage you are releasing that content under our Project:Copyleft, allowing anyone to edit, delete or copy that content. As it says just above the submit button "If you do not want your work to be re-used on other web sites and modified by other users please do not submit!" Please feel free to send me (maj@wikivoyage.org) your contact information (phone or email) so that we can discuss how to better use your contributions. You have access to a lot of great information that we would love to share with our users. Thanks again, (WT-en) Maj 10:06, 28 June 2007 (EDT)

I reverted your edits to Laurentides because the tone violates our Project:Be fair and Project:Tone policies. And because the information was placed in the wrong section of the guide. And because you changed the section headings, which are constant across the entire guide. Please actually read the Project:Manual of style before adding more content and please show some regard for the policies and format of this site. Such disregard causes this travel guide look unprofessional and reflects poorly upon your organization. I will leave the rest of your contributions up for the meantime, in the hope that you will read the manual of style and clean up your own contributions. But in the event that my hopes go unanswered, I and other contributors will remove your contributions as they are improperly and rather carelessly dumped on this site without regard for how we do things. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 19:20, 28 June 2007 (EDT)
Hello again! I've attempted to contact someone at Bonjour Quebec to discuss how we can collaborate better, but haven't been able to reach anyone. Could you please email me at maj@wikivoyage.org? Or feel free to leave a note here or on my talk page. Thanks. (WT-en) Maj 17:19, 10 July 2007 (EDT)

[edit]Quebec was not approved as a DoTM candidate. Please see the discussion for comments on the article. We'd like to feature it some day, but it's not ready yet. (WT-en) Gorilla Jones 14:15, 15 August 2007 (EDT)
