I hate to erase your work, but Wikivoyage doesn't do articles for bodies of water like the Baltic Sea, and you can't copy content from Wikipedia either. However, if you'd like to write about the more specific topic of Cruising the Baltic Sea, then that would make a good travel topic or itinerary. Ah, I see you got a recommendation to create that article, prior to my vfd.
