Thanks for your message. You should read the policy here. On that basis, Trip Europe definitely seems out as I cant find an office address on their website, let alone one that agrees with a physical address in Paris. I suspect it is an internet booking agency without an office, and therefore an invalid listing. This is the one I checked yesterday before deleting the edit. The Century21 listing is probably OK as they have a local address, providing that Paris 3rd qualifies as a "location where travellers frequently rent cabins or apartments"? We get a huge amount of apartment agency spam here and more often than not the listings are deleted. I think you are partially right though and that one of them is OK.
