The picture has been nominated for deletion because it is a copyright violation. The image is not in the public domain. The original image is clearly marked as being licensed with the CC-bySA 2.0 license. Currently, Wikivoyage uses exactly one license: the CC-bySA 1.0 license.

One of our goals here is to make it easy for other folks to reuse our guides. One way we do this is by licensing all content with exactly one license. The downside of this is that we sometimes surprise our ernest contributors by deleting there uploads. I hope this won't discourage you -- you've made some great contributions and I hope you will continue.
