I think you may be creating more links to Wikipedia and other external sources than we really want. Our goal isn't to send people to other web sites to find information, but to provide them with all the travel-related information they need here, in this guide. I really have trouble in finding out what is wrong with the manual style with Hyderabad, i tried to figure it out, but am not able to. Could anyone throw light on the things that are inconsistent with the Wikivoyage style. Randhir

We don't link to an article on another web site just because we can. Wikipedia links everything; we only link to the web sites of hotels, restaurants, etc. and a few links to resources like Wikipedia, usually in the left margin of the site. - (WT-en) Todd VerBeek 19:10, 20 May 2007 (EDT)

Jaipur

Please take a look at the Project:Manual of Style before changing formatting -- many of the Jaipur entries you changed were in fact correct before, and I've had to revert your changes. (WT-en) Jpatokal 02:39, 28 May 2007 (EDT)

What is wrong is giving direct link to the Hotels, so that people can book directly instead of going through a booking site. I had given link of Indian Railways, which is of great convinience to travellers and also to the airlines which travel to Jaipur.

Why do you have to resort complete revert, i had to spend so much time looking for all the said information, and in one go you do this, this isn't fair. (WT-en) Randhir R 02:45, 28 May 2007 (EDT)

You made a million small changes, most of which made the formatting worse, and they've very difficult to fix manually. So what I've done is reverted back to the previous point, and I'm now adding in your "good" changes manually. And yes, the links should definitely go directly to the hotels, but eg. Wikipedia links are not necessary for every attraction and, because the rail system is already discussed in detail in India, we don't need to include the same links in every single article about a place in India.
