Article status[edit]
Project:Article status is what you're looking for, and also Project:City guide status for the details. There's never any admin function to an article's status - any user can adjust them as they see fit, with the solitary exception of Star articles, which have a community discussion (not admin!) to pass through.
Outline is the default state for any article started up from the basic templates. The next step up, Usable, needs a few complete entries for at least Eat and Sleep and something for Get In. I'd say that East Brunswick definitely qualifies. — (WT-en) D. Guillaime 21:01, 9 October 2010 (EDT)
