User talk:82.24.71.211
Hello, 82.24.71.211! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.--(WT-en) Burmesedays 21:36, 20 June 2011 (EDT)
- Thanks for all your work on various articles in Greater Manchester. Please be aware that all WT articles have a basic template. For places like Little Lever for example you should use the small city template. I have edited Little Lever to use the correct template so you can see what I mean. Thanks again. --(WT-en) Burmesedays 21:36, 20 June 2011 (EDT)
- PLEASE use the appropriate template when creating new articles as (WT-en) Burmesedays suggested above - all that you have to do is click on the appropriate "template" link when creating the article. Creating a new article without a template adds an administrative burden for editors who have to come in after you to clean things up. -- (WT-en) Ryan • (talk) • 17:46, 27 June 2011 (EDT)
- See also Talk:The Historic County of Lancashire. It isn't clear that your contributions make sense for a travel guide, although you are welcome to state your case. -- (WT-en) Ryan • (talk) • 17:36, 11 August 2011 (EDT)
- I'd again ask that you discuss the changes you have been making on the appropriate talk page(s). -- (WT-en) Ryan • (talk) • 10:59, 12 November 2011 (EST)
Welcome to this talk page
Talk pages are where people discuss how to make content on Wikivoyage the best that it can be. Use this page to start a discussion about the edits made from this IP address. What you say here will be public for others to see. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several people.
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
