Regarding your edits to Africa, we have a complex geographical hierarchy on Wikivoyage, which isn't changed without prior discussion. So if you would like to propose South Sudan be moved from Central Africa to East Africa, you are welcome to to so at Talk:Africa. The community will then come to a consensus and decide whether to implement your proposal. This change cannot be made by you acting unilaterally, however.
