Lets make this happen. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 17:44, 9 January 2010 (EST)

Chicago buses

[edit]

Hey, I just wanted to make sure you saw the addition of this table. My brain's not working too well, but I think we should at least strip it out of the table and into the article, or possibly remove it all (why focus on Milwaukee & Minneapolis?). --(WT-en) Peter Talk 22:51, 10 February 2010 (EST)

Russian Capitals

[edit]

Hi - Regarding this edit . Don't know that much about the railway, but St Petersburg was the Russian Capital until 1918. --(WT-en) inas 19:13, 21 April 2010 (EDT)

CPL hours updates

[edit]

Re: your comment, I realized that I hadn't put in the urls for libraries other than the Harold Washington, since that one has important events and exhibits listed on the website. I don't think we should include the urls—they'll basically just take up space in print, and don't show much anything of use (even hours!). And FYI, the big long list of hours is here . --(WT-en) Peter Talk 17:01, 10 September 2010 (EDT)

Isla Palenque page

[edit]

Thank you for your edits on the Isla Palenque page!

Can you help me learn how to get this user blocked? They are trying to use this wiki to air a legal grievance that has been thrown out of court as frivolous - it has nothing to do with travel and is just an attempt to harass the owner of this island. I'm afraid to undo their contributions too many times. Thankfully this community is on its toes and other users have been undoing as well.

If you have any advice for me, please let me know.

The Factor X Impression

[edit]

Dear Administrator, what we are trying to do is to shed light on the big picture of what is going on at Isla Palenque. There are legit news media sources from foreign countries that have valid news reports as to what exactly is hapening on Isla Palenque. As international Journalists we have the duty of informing travelers of possible threats to their security. FLimoncelli is only allowing the international public part of the story. I cite my sources.

  1. Isla Palenque legal news update http://www.islapalenque.info/
  2. Isla palenque on TVN 1st report- http://www.tvn-2.com/noticias/noticias_detalle.asp?id_news=35459
  3. Isla palenque on TVN 2nd report- http://www.tvn-2.com/noticias/noticias_detalle.asp?id_news=35519

Isla Palenque Thanks

[edit]

Thanks again for the help with our vandal, known as Factorx1983. I'm so grateful for your help. FYI, this user has been blocked on Wikipedia for similar abuses. My company is pursuing libel and harassment charges against this person, who, as you have probably already guessed, is not a journalist. I won't bore you with the rest of the story, but thanks again. More Isla Palenque Vandalism

[edit]

Hi, again. Sorry to bother you, but our vandal, Factorx1983, now is sockpuppeting as MRAgentOrange on both English and Spanish Wikipedia. I thought I'd let you know in case he shows up on WikiTravel. Thanks again, (WT-en) flimoncelli 13:51, 14 September 2010 (EDT)

Pilsen updated

[edit]

Great. Far Southeast Side was the last one I had left, so now it's just the last couple map updates. I just stumbled on a crazy bit of trivia in that article—one of the bars is openly flouting the smoking ban and keeps a collections/tips jar dedicated to paying the periodic fines! That and Harold's #35 has a drive thru. That just blows my mind. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 18:16, 2 October 2010 (EDT)
