Hi. This welcome to Wikivoyage message is overdue, but please do have a look at Wikivoyage:Welcome, business owners and the don't tout guidelines. You are doing a good job, but please avoid saying what a hotel is "near"; basically, something that's right next to or directly across the street from a hotel is good to mention, but otherwise, it's best to just provide geographic coordinates and an address and let readers look at a map.
