Hi. If you're Rajvir Singh, you shouldn't have two (or more?) accounts, and no user merits two separate user pages. So which user page do you want to be deleted, this one or User:Rajvir Singh‎‎? Since you haven't responded but have continued to edit User:Rajvir Singh, I'm deleting that page. I can't think of a single good reason why any user should maintain more than one user page, and I have to wonder, if you really are Rajvir Singh, why you aren't using your apparently unblocked Rajvir Singh account.
