[edit]You said information in Sea kayaking was wrong: "Hypothermia does not set in within minute but after and hour or mor". But you also changed the limit from 8°C to 15°C – in warmer water hypothermia of course develops slower. The article indeed said "in water between 8 and 15°C is, though uncomfortable, tolerable: you can act for quite some time", which I think is about what you are saying.
For the cold chock response, I do not believe you: cold chock is in my understanding an immediate response, not something that sets in "in minutes".
I am reverting to the old text waiting for a discussion at Talk:Sea kayaking.
