Thanks for adding information about that Hong Kong walking tour with the cool name! Unfortunately, Wikivoyage has a very restrictive policy on tour listings, so even if a tour is free, unless it's considered to "constitute a value-added activity" as defined at Wikivoyage:Tour, it cannot be listed on this site. The Wikivoyage definition of a "value-activity" is: If a traveller could fulfill the substance of the tour on their own, the tour should not be listed.
