Editing other people's posts on user talk pages

Hi. I still think it wasn't appropriate for you to overwrite User talk:Rakibhasan786. The only issue (and in my opinion, it was not important on such a low-visibility page) is that the content was most appropriate on his user page. I've taken the exceptional step of moving it there. You'll also notice that there already was a little discussion and that I had already welcomed this inactive user, who has only one edit (that user talk page) to his credit.
