Hello Nvd10! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:

It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!

Also, please take special note of Wikivoyage:Copyleft. Copying text from Wikipedia verbatim, including links and footnotes that are irrelevant in Wikivoyage, is a bad idea, but doing that without crediting the Wikipedia source in your edit summary is a violation of Wikipedia's Creative Commons Copyleft and Wikivoyage policy. Therefore, the guide you started for Bukan had to be deleted. Please start again, using a Wikivoyage:Small city article template (Wikivoyage:Quick small city article template is handy for starting articles), being selective in what text you use from Wikipedia (it's best to paraphrase and summarize), and crediting your source in your edit summary, which you can type in the "Summary" box you see just below your edit window when you edit any article. Don't worry about filling every section of the article right away.

If you'd like any help with anything, just ask, and thanks again.

All the best,
