Further to my first message below, I have already made adjustments of all the hotels' contents and also add 2 newly open hotels with the factual information. Kindly review and advise back by return whether the further adjustments are required or not.

I am more than happy to correct any content in order to be in line with your content guideline.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Dear Ikan,

I hope you find this message well to you.

I have no intention to promote but just use the same content of each hotel we have, so I might be very new in this area, so please give me a sample of the description that is in line with your rules and regulations. I can adjust the description to be a short informative description about where the hotel is located

Please share with me the best practice, so I can correct this descriptive information immediately, which I think there is only one content you may refer to since the other information is updated as per the available fields you have

I am looking forward to hearing from you by return for immediate rectification

Kind regards, Pawarisa Hirantanes - Group Director of Revenue & Digital Distribution - Chatrium Hotels & Residences and Maitria Hotels & Residences

Much better. Don't include the name in the "content" tab, and "golf" is not a proper noun, so no capitalization. As for examples, you need to look at the don't tout page. You have an example right there. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:11, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Also, "image" has to be on Wikimedia Commons and the address shouldn't include the name of the city, etc., just the street address. I've edited accordingly. Your directions are strange, though. They're not supposed to be for going 1 hour from some unspecified place, just what the cross streets are. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:16, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Another problem is: How many listings do you plan to add? Paid marketers are not allowed to add any listings, and adding loads and loads of listings for one company is not the purpose of this non-profit guide and I'm sorry, but it won't be tolerated. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:19, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Ikan,

I have 3 new hotels to be added, 2 hotels in Thailand and 1 hotel in Niseko Hokkaido. Kindly help review Again, I am sorry I just noticed that your answer is at the bottom.

Chatrium Niseko Japan Maitria Hotel Rama 9 Bangkok - A Chatrium Collection Maitria Mode Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok - A Chatrium Collection

I will remove all the hotel name from the description as I did not know that the name should be stated. For the direction, I will also review again and adjust

Please allow me to correct now and I will get back to you once done

Regards, Pawarisa

The name should be stated in the "name" tab. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:31, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Ikan - I removed all the hotel name - Done, I remove the image link. I will review again the direction to be more specific. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Dear Ikan - I completed the review of all the listings and below are what I did . Remove hotel name from the description box . Remove image links . Review and adjust the direction to be more specific Kindly review and advise back whether there are any other adjustments required or not. Thank you very much indeed for your time to review and provide the instruction with recommendations Regards, Pawarisa

You can't say a hotel is "near" something. I think you haven't read Wikivoyage:Don't tout. Don't expect me to spend lots of volunteer time instructing you, if you won't spend 10 or 15 minutes if even that much time is needed to carefully read one page. Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:23, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Another thing you'll see when you finally read that page is that you don't get two listings because there's a restaurant in your hotel. Unless a large percentage (say, over 50%) of the restaurant patrons aren't staying at the hotel, it gets mentioned within the hotel listing. And let me give you a specific comment. Here's a description of yours:
"378-room hotel, is one of the Chatrium Hotels & Residences hotels located next to Promphong BTS Skytrain station and Benjasiri Park. The building is located in the same building of Emporium Shopping Complex"
You need to eliminate the mention of your corporate name in the description. If it's next to the station and park, put that in the "directions" tab and mention there that it's in that shopping complex. So "378-room hotel" is all that remains unless you actually want to give non-promotional descriptions of the hotel, but if you don't know how, that's what you're left with. Dear Ikan,

I am sorry for not removing all the 'Next to' and "Near', I have read your guideline and I think I already removed all of this promotional text. Now I have had another review all the listings and I am confident that there is no promotional text in the description.. I am sorry again for your valuable time to review for me and please allow me to learn from this as this is my first time to do this content update. What your instructed does really value to me for my future update in your channel if any.

Please accept my sincere apology to bother you again to review the listings and kindly approve by return

Regards - Pawarisa

No, if the hotel is really next to something, you can mention that. Again: Read Wikivoyage:Don't tout! Also read Wikivoyage:Listings. Please do it now! Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:50, 17 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
