Hello, and a belated welcome to Wikivoyage!

I'm going to revert this edit. Please have a look at the guidelines at Wikivoyage:Don't tout. After you've read that page, if you have any questions, please ask them by posting below. But the main issue is that the "description" has to describe the hotel itself, not its rates ("affordable" is not meaningful, anyway) or what it's "near".
