Howth edits

Hi. I'm sorry I reverted and edited some of the content you added to Howth. But what's needed is a templated listing for that fish & chips place, just one listing, and no promotional photo of its food is needed because even if it's the best fish & chips in Ireland, I doubt the photo shows much, though I could be wrong. Have a look at some guidelines at Wikivoyage:Don't tout and Wikivoyage:Listings#Images.
