To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.--ϒpsilon (talk) 14:17, 24 May 2014 (UTC)
I had a look at your edit history now and you seem to have some interest/knowledge of Montevideo. Inspired by my last week visit I plan to expand the article greatly and nominate it for the Destination of the month sometimes. Feel free to help out, especially if you have some favorite Eating and Drinking establishments that are not in the article yet it would be great if you would add them. Also, if you have some recommendations for Colonia and other Uruguayan destinations... :) ϒpsilon (talk) 14:57, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
Thanks for your help!
Apologies for using English; I cannot use Spanish well enough to write a coherent message.
Regarding the Wikitravel banner, have you thought of filing a DMCA takedown if you're one of the copyright holders whose rights have been infringed? They're US-based, so a DMCA takedown would carry some weight, as would your proposal to contact WMF Legal. Nyttend (talk) 03:42, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
Hi, I noticed you removed the link to the Japanese version of [Chuncheon], which seems not to exist, so I believe that was the correct course of action.
However you left no indication in your change comment as to why you removed the link, which led to a small edit-war.
