Districts considered harmful
[edit]This is nice, but -- I don't think the city district option should be given here, it's already hard enough to police huge cities as is. City districts should be decided by consensus and then created from redlinks in an index. (WT-en) Jpatokal 11:12, 21 February 2007 (EST)
