Africa > East Africa > Somalia > Khatumo > Cayn

Cayn (Arabic: لاسعنود‎) is the southernmost province of Khatumo.

Understand

[edit]

Buuhoodle is the center of the Cayn province. Buuhoodle, another nickname of Cayn, is also the only place in Africa without a police force, or army, with security managed locally. Nonetheless, despite having no police or security force, it is one of the safest cities in the Horn of Africa, and arguably the safest in Somalia.

Major cities in the Cayn province of Khatumo besides Buuhoodle include Widhwidh, Ceegaag and Horufadhi.
