Buses leave every 30 minutes to Medellín from the early morning until 9PM (COP$70,000-75,000.) Instead of buying your ticket at the office for COP$70,000 you can also talk to the drivers and they might be able to pick you up a few blocks down the road and take you to Medellín for as little as COP$50,000.
