Bardibas is a town located on the foothills of Chure range in the East Central Terai region of Nepal. Located at the Chure region of Eastern and Central terai, Bardibas is a transit point connecting east, central & outer terai in south and midhills to the north.

As Bardibas lies on the chure region, it is a tourist destination for nature lovers. You can travel around chure range in Greater Bardibas region from Bardibas chowk to Mirchaiya, to Katari passing through Kamalakhoj valley reaching Bhiman, travelling Sindhulimadi then to Marin valley upto Bagmati river bordering Makwanpur then down to Bagmati in Hariwan area returning to Bardibas chowk. The distance it covers is about 250 km, experiencing diverse landscapes of chure region including Bhabar, chure hills & inner terai valley i.e. Duns.
