Mountain Home is a city of 13,000 people (2019) in the southern Ozark Mountains of Arkansas near the northern state border with Missouri. It is the center of the Twin Lakes area, with Norfork Lake 15 minutes to the east and Bull Shoals Lake 20 minutes to the northwest.
