Kumano Hayatama Grand Shrine

Shingu (新宮市 Shingū-shi) is a city in Wakayama Prefecture.

The base point for visiting Kumano-Sanzan, a designated world heritage site (Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range[1]).

1 hour 40 minutes by express from the JR Shirahama Station. About 1 hour 10 minutes to Nanki Shirahama Airport from Haneda Airport.
