I did this itinerary in May 2019 in one day with a scooter that had a maximum speed of about 40 kph. It took a little over 12 hours in total (we left the Old Town at about 07:30 and got back a little after 20:00). We stopped at all the stops from Xizhou to Xiaoputuo, and at each stop we took our time to enjoy ourselves but didn't dawdle. We didn't stop at the Three Pagodas or any of the stops after Xiaoputuo.
