I think that Bath (England) is a much better known destination than any of the North American towns of the same name, and that Bath should go straight to that article with a for other places disambiguation link back for the others. Anyone think otherwise? --(WT-en) Burmesedays 11:15, 8 July 2011 (EDT)

Our standard is usually pretty high -- much higher than Wikipedia's, for instance -- but given the precedent at Saint Petersburg I guess Bath could qualify. (WT-en) LtPowers 13:53, 8 July 2011 (EDT)
Bath (Maine) is pretty obscure, while England's Bath is a well known international tourist destination dating back to the Romans. Especially if we are going to feature it on the main page, I think it would be best to move this to Bath (disambiguation) and get rid of the (England) disambiguator on the main article. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 19:40, 15 July 2011 (EDT)
Eh, the feelthy gringo named a steenking town "Bath ME"... that's almost funny. Heh. In any case, though, there is a need for disambiguation (I need to go remove this town from the Windsor-Quebec corridor where it currently sits a half-hour west of Kingston (Ontario) on the Loyalist Parkway... oops!) so I've added a hatnote pointing to Bath (disambiguation) so that "Bath ON", "Bath NY" and the like can be dumped there if any merit a page. We have got a new page banner from Wiki Loves Monuments. I am really undecided. The new one is of better quality, but it does not show the bath... --Alexander (talk) 21:21, 17 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
