Ok, heres a picture that i found on the commons that might work, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Great_Cloud_Cover,_James_River_Bridge.jpg, It is a photo of the James River Bridge, Which is how you get to and from Carrollton and Newport News.
