Wrong breadcrumb chain
[edit]@Zcarstvnz:, your recent change of IsPartOf has put the article in the wrong breadcrumb chain. I do not understand your edit comment, please clarify what Updated "IsPartOf" statement to remove the article from this Maintenance Category. means. Specifically, what maintenance category does it refer to? Cheers, • • • Peter (Southwood) (talk): 15:12, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- @Pbsouthwood: Not the pinged user, but that would be Category:Articles needing IsPartOf category. ARR8 (talk | contribs) 15:38, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- @ARR8:, How would changing the breadcrumb chain to a wrong one fix that? Or would it just be fixing one thing by breaking another? • • • Peter (Southwood) (talk): 15:49, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- I suppose so, but it was probably just an honest mistake from not knowing your breadcrumb scheme. The category could also be created, which I'll do now. ARR8 (talk | contribs) 15:53, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- That seems the most likely explanation. Thanks for the fix. Cheers, • • • Peter (Southwood) (talk): 08:13, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
- This was simply an attempt to fix the missing "IsPartOf" error because this entry had been left totally empty (which was visible on the article's "View History" page). Nothing I did broke anything else. I forgot how all of these dive articles use a different scheme than regular travel articles. Zcarstvnz (talk) 08:34, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
- No worries, all sorted out now. Shit sometimes happens, and it is usually worth asking for clarification before reverting when something is not clear. Cheers, • • • Peter (Southwood) (talk): 08:49, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
