Merge with Portsoy (and Banff)?[edit]
A merger with Portsoy, (then move to Banff (Scotland) to create article with number of POIs) has been suggested. I think that Gardenstown and Portsoy are maybe a little too far apart for a good merger. Google suggested that it takes 31 minutes to drive the 17.3 miles between Gardenstown and Portsoy, and by bus would take 1 hour 22 minutes. Either one of these villages could be merged with Banff. (And the POIs I have just added here are on the other side of Gardenstown.) AlasdairW (talk) 22:40, 30 December 2016 (UTC)
- Your edits has changed my mind on the proposed merge. But I think there should be a Banff article seeing as it is a larger town than the two villages. --Traveler100 (talk) 23:07, 30 December 2016 (UTC)
