Article name[edit]

Shouldn't this be moved to Jersey Shore, which is the more common name? -- (WT-en) Ryan 20:11, 9 September 2006 (EDT)

This naming was decided by an ignorant visitor (me) based on the official tourism site [1]. If the common name is Jersey Shore, I guess it makes sense to move it there. —(WT-en) Ravikiran 14:22, 10 September 2006 (EDT)
I just changed it back to Jersey Shore almost two years after whatever happened with this discussion (WT-en) Jargas 03:44, 23 July 2008 (EDT)

Wow. Somebody in India is editing the article on the Jersey Shore? --(WT-en) Beenthere 17:44, 5 June 2008 (EDT)

Yep! He's one of our best contributors! (Well, was, until he got busy with work) – (WT-en) cacahuate talk 21:44, 5 June 2008 (EDT)

The city of Cape May and some of it's destinations are listed on this page, but the county of Cape May is listed in the Southern Shore region, which needs a whole lot of work. what's up with that? (WT-en) Jargas 03:44, 23 July 2008 (EDT)

Fair Haven[edit]

Now when you search on Fair Haven it brings you to the Finger Lakes region in New York. However the town I have in mind is near the Jersey Shore, not far from Red Bank. I'll have to look into this and begin an entry for Fair Haven NJ, unless you do it first! See: Fair Haven New Jersey for the town I have in mind --Lbeaumont (talk) 21:56, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I created an entry for Fair Haven. --Lbeaumont (talk) 01:36, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Coastal bias[edit]

This article focuses too much on the beaches and not enough about the rest of the counties it's supposed to describe. Should the status be downgraded to outline until more info about the inland regions is added to the article? JsfasdF252 (talk) 02:24, 21 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Look at Wikivoyage:Region article status. But the main point is, if inland regions aren't covered enough, please plunge forward and add content, with the caveat that specific listings should be in bottom-level articles (such as those for cities and parks), not here. Do you have any idea of which 2 places to add to the Cities list? JsfasdF252 (talk) 04:21, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know. Toms River? Ikan Kekek (talk) 04:41, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
