Alternative banner for this article?

In the Hebrew Wikivoyage we are currently using this banner instead of the one which is currently used here. Do you think too that this banner would would better than the existing one? ויקיג'אנקי (talk) 06:57, 23 February 2014 (UTC)

I'd say no because we have a great photo of the bridge as a lead photo and this would be repetitive. Jjtkk (talk) 07:29, 23 February 2014 (UTC)

Having the graves as the pagebanner gives a particular feeling to the article that wouldn't be the same if it were just the lead photo. Yours is a fine pagebanner, but having slept on this one, I don't think that subbing the banners and lead photos would improve this article, overall, so in this case, I think it's a bit better to leave things as they are. Caption for thumbnail

"By de River restaurant, the spirit of The River Kwai." What's the restaurant's name? Also, the photo is from 2008. No restaurant by either name is listed. Should we delete the thumbnail or change the caption? Ikan Kekek (talk) 11:07, 11 February 2021 (UTC)

Nevermind, I decided to delete the thumbnail. It was tiny, poor quality and probably a touty photo of a defunct establishment. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:37, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
