Kaikoura as part of Marlborough

Kaikoura was today moved from the "Towns" section to the "Go next" section. But there are numerous other references to Kaikoura throughout the article. It was decided to include Kaikoura in the Marlborough article after considerable debate at Talk:South Island#Regions, and the map at South Island was drawn to place Kaikoura in the Marlborough region. Either Kaikoura should be moved back to the "Towns" section, or we should discuss whether we change the earlier decision and rewrite everything about Kaikoura in the Marlborough article.
