Article Needs Attention

This article need attention, the article looks more of like a Travel Agency catalog for hotels because the article is usually dominated with the sleep section. Other sections lack information. - User:(WT-en) SnappyHip 11:01, 25 January 2010.

BTW, FYI I haven't been to Metro Manila, I'll just edit and organize as well as add historical informations for attractions and listings for the cope section. Just clearing this out to avoid controversy similar to Thomas Kohnstamm's controversy. For Metro Manila articles including the Manila districts, I hadn't visited them however I'll do my best to provide information for the Understand, See sections. --(WT-en) SnappyHip 23:52, 29 April 2010 (GST)

9 "Cities" only?

Please clarify: This seems to be a bottom-level region. If that's the case, all cities with articles that fall within the region should be listed in "Cities". Or do you think there should be separate region articles for the 4 districts identified and mapped in "Regions"? Another problem is "Other destinations", which should not be cities, towns, etc., but all except Quezon Memorial Circle are identified as cities, neighborhoods, towns, districts or suburbs. Parañaque in Cities list?

I would suggest replacing Caloocan or Marikina by Parañaque in the list of cities. Parañaque is home to Manila's Entertainment City, containing large casinos (Solaire, Okada, City of Dreams and the future Westside City) and the associated range of entertainment, restaurants and hotels. I don't think Caloocan is a major touristic destination, Marikina has the famous shoe museum but that's all. --Krauser levyl (talk) 07:22, 30 April 2018 (UTC)

"Do" section

I decided to plunge forward and rewrite the do section of the article to cover more festivals and entertainment. The original is too bad with the lack of good info about others activities, but despite having been a resident and frequent visitor of the region, I have a few ideas about it. Region map

I think the existing static map for the region: File:METRO MANILA MAP.png needs to be replaced by another map with roads, transit routes, and better region names (the regions are just fine, except we need to use names more convenient to the travellers, not the administrative fluff the existing map has).
