Merge

I think it would make a lot more sense to have this page be treated like Tierra del Fuego, and join the information from Patagonia (Argentina) and Patagonia (Chile). Neither article is very detailed, and considering how frequent border crossings are in the area it seems logical to treat it as one contiguous area, which it is.
