Merge to Providence

Is this a district of Providence? If so, it should be linked to from the Providence article, and renamed Providence/Federal Hill per our Project:Article naming conventions. As of now, this is an orphan and the content is not reachable through any navigation on the site. Yes, it is a district of Providence. I made links to it from the Providence page and both times they disappeared from that page the next day, am I doing something wrong? Also, how can I make a link for the page that is already compiled and put that on Providence. Lastly, the city of Providence does indeed have diverse districts that are much more than a simple side note on the city's page. For example, there is also a College Hill district link on the Providence page and, not to be petty, but shouldn't that be erased and merged with Providence too? —The preceding comment was added by (WT-en) 68.0.192.69 (talk • contribs)
