This shouldn't be an article

Per W:Rajiv_Gandhi_International_Airport#Airlines_and_destinations, this doesn't look like it qualifies as "one of the world's largest and most-complicated international airports"; it has one passenger terminal and, as far as I can tell, no international flights. Airport articles are used for complex, multi-terminal international airports with lots of transit passengers where travellers are likely to spend a lot time beside arriving and leaving the destination city.
