Reclassify as rural area

Worcester County is not a single town, but a collection of small towns and villages. Should it be tagged as a rural area instead of a city? Also, should it be renamed to Rural Worcester County like Rural Montgomery County? JsfasdF252 (talk) 22:46, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
