Rename

Since there exists a Santa Cruz County (Arizona) I would suggest moving this article to Santa Cruz County (California). Then, I would move Santa Cruz County (disambiguation) (which currently redirects to the dismbiguation page Santa Cruz) to Santa Cruz County, and turn that into a disambiguation page for the two Santa Cruz Counties in the USA.
