Metro connection?[edit]
This article says "Line 19 is planned to connect Pudong and Chongming in 45 minutes by 2020" but Shanghai#The_islands says "a metro connection is under construction but is not expected to be completed until at least 2025". Can anyone resolve the contradiction with up-to-date information? Pashley (talk) 02:10, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
w:Chongming_District#Transportation has:
- Chongming Line of the Shanghai Metro will link Jinji Road station on Line 9 in Pudong to Chongming via Changxing Island, with a branch from the latter to Hengsha Island. The line will use the Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge, which was built to take its tracks. The first phase of the line from Jinji Road to Changxing Island is scheduled to open by 2020.
