Is this a very new route?[edit]

Until today I've never heard of "Via Hansaetica" and I do have some familiarity with the Baltic countries. Also, according to the official page of the route, it only would go from Riga to St.Petersburg (though "Via Hansaetica" on Wikipedia shows a route all the way to Germany).
