This template is used at top of articles with similar names to redirect readers who might be searching for the alternative article.
Usage
Users who are searching for Grande Prairie (with an "e") might instead go to the Grand Prairie article. To prevent confusion, this template is used as follows on the top of the Grand Prairie article:

...which produces:
- Not to be confused with Grande Prairie, a city in Alberta, Canada.
