Alec Smithson is a known long term vandal, known for spamming topics related to Lake Como and Milan utilising sockpuppet accounts as well as a diverse range of IP addresses. He is currently evading a global lock. His usual modus operandi is inserting misinformation and conspiracy theories about Natoli family connecting them to various European nobilities as well as inserting false information regarding Lake Como's surrounding settlements.
On this project they might be also known as Luchy04. While there is no formal checkuser check to back up my thesis, they share multiple behavioural features that ties both Alec's original account and Luchy04's accounts together. Luchy04 was banned from the English Wikivoyage per ban nomination and has found their IPs repeatedly blocked on the Italian Wikivoyage.
Disruption may extend to other-language Wikivoyage projects.
