Richwood

West Virginia organization

Courtesy of (WT-en) Fastestdogever, we now have region pages for West Virginia; I'd like to see all the information get better organized. In particular, there should only be 5–9 cities/towns listed per article, especially on the main WV page, as per the 7±2 rule. The ones on the main article should be the 5–9 most important for the traveler, but unfortunately I don't really know what should take priority aside from Morgantown and Charleston.
