Your update to the Dar es Salaam guide is much appreciated! But when you update, just make the edit and remove or edit everything outdated as appropriate, noting why briefly in an edit summary (which you can type in the "Summary" box under your edit screen). Adding the text "This article must not have been updated recently" or anything similar to that makes the article a worse read, and the point is to serve the traveller, not to scold the editors who unfortunately weren't there, as there are unfortunately not a large number of Tanzanian editors or editors who've been to Tanzania here (which makes your presence more valuable!). Please have a look at my followup edit, add anything useful and make any further updates that you can!
