Hello and welcome to Wikivoyage. I removed the link to https://visitdartford.com that you added to the Dartford guide because it didn't look like an official site of the city government or its tourism office, since it also has this section:

Also, I'd expect to see "Copyright City of Dartford" or something similar if it were an official site. Therefore, I think we can't list or link it here per this site's what not to link to guidelines. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and please make your argument at Talk:Dartford. Then, if a consensus agrees with you, we can put this link in "Understand". But otherwise not.
