"Stay safe" edits

Are you the IP user who has been contributing to articles in Belarus? If so, could you respond to the question I posed at the the discussion page for that user? I'll paste it here for convenience:
I'm concerned about copy-pasting Stay Safe information from the country article to individual regions. We prefer to have information that applies to the whole country only in the country article. That seems like a good argument for not placing it in regions. It would be logical to put different "Stay safe" content in articles for different regions if there were a difference between them. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:01, 27 January 2019 (UTC)

Right. Having the information duplicated also makes it harder to change. @Andrew J.Kurbiko: I'm going to remove the copied information if that's okay with you.
