Hello, Antok merapi guide! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.

Also, based on your username, before you edit, it would be a good idea for you to read welcome, business owners, tour, external links and don't tout for guidelines that may be relevant to you.

All the best,

please tell me how to add information. .can you give some sample. .tahank regards antok
What would you like help with? It looks like you figured out how to create a listing. Whether it meets the test at Wikivoyage:Don't tout, I'm not so sure - it's a little questionable for a business to tout itself as providing "good service"; best to just briefly describe things that are objectively true. Have a look at the "Good" and "Bad" examples on that page.
Best,

Oh oke im sorry. .i know i will edit first tell me if wrong —The preceding comment was added by Antok merapi guide (talkcontribs)

No problem! I appreciate your working to keep your listing within site guidelines. If you have any other information you'd want to tell a friend who was visiting the area for the first time, add that, too (not to the listing, but wherever it fits well). And don't worry too much if you make a mistake; we all do. (One small thing: On talk pages, like this one [but not in articles], it's normal to sign the end of each post with ~~~~, which results in this for me: Ikan Kekek (talk) 09:52, 7 May 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Hello, Antok merapi guide! Thank you for contributing to Wikivoyage, but please note that one or more of your recent edits has been reverted as it appeared to be an attempt to use this site to advertise or promote a business or service. Wikivoyage is created by travellers for travellers, and while business owners and employees are welcome to contribute, use of this site for promotional purposes is not allowed.

If you feel that your edits were incorrectly identified as promotional, please read Wikivoyage's guidelines on identifying promotional edits. If, after reading that guideline, you still feel your edits were incorrectly removed, please use this talk page or the talk page of the article where your edit was removed to explain why your change was not promotional. Note that it is very important that you discuss your proposed change before re-adding it since repeated promotional edits can lead to a temporary block of your account's ability to edit Wikivoyage, and in serious cases the business in question may be blacklisted from Wikivoyage. Ibaman (talk) 15:07, 17 May 2018 (UTC) Im nit promote . . Ijust add information not just one local guide on there. .and maybe some people can choose . . ;-)[reply]

The issue is that there's no particular reason for travelers to know about you in particular, when they can instead use a link to Merapi Guide Association. A long list of individual guides wouldn't really be user-friendly, and only one listing is undue favoritism. Ikan Kekek (talk) 22:09, 17 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I think wikitravel not for promote...u say like that and all delet. .but now. .?? Wtf —The preceding comment was added by Antok merapi guide (talkcontribs)

This is Wikivoyage, not Wikitravel. But do you have a question? Ikan Kekek (talk) 20:09, 18 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
And you need to stop edit warring, or it will be necessary for us to block your posting privileges. Most of us are purely volunteers, so we don't want to waste time with edit wars with people promoting their businesses. Ikan Kekek (talk) 20:10, 18 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Lets block... i dont care. .
