Francis 188, thanks for adding some warningboxes, but I think it's unnecessary to have the same information in the articles for every city in that area. As there doesn't appear to be any unique safety information in these articles, I think it would be better to link SOCCSKSARGEN from the "Stay safe" section of each relevant article, saying something like "insurgent activity is a risk; see the SOCCSKSARGEN article for more detail".
